Support are very busy currently due to the huge influx of customers mainly brought about by the early onset of the bull, people moving away from a certain other CEX after SEC levelled charges at them and the success of Crypto.com and it's products. The team is working through all support queries and they will reply! Steps have been taken to improve the support service and bring it back to the previous quick response times but unfortunately this takes a little time to take effect.
